fresh

five days a week i get spoiled and eat top notch local seasonal ingredients at forage. i feel so enriched and lucky, but it's easy to forget and not follow suit on the off days.

this is a mantra to myself to remember: quality over quantity.


the quietest people have the loudest minds.
