Monday, June 4, 2012 at 11:47PM five days a week i get spoiled and eat top notch local seasonal ingredients at forage. i feel so enriched and lucky, but it's easy to forget and not follow suit on the off days.
this is a mantra to myself to remember: quality over quantity.
